Laser Save will provide all toner and service, including all parts and labor, tied to machine usage; much the same as you have been doing for years with your firm's copiers. Each machine's usage is evaluated to determine an average monthly usage and will be billed monthly and validated quarterly by LASER SAVE personnel. All you add is paper. Each printer receives quarterly preventive servicing to keep them running smoothly and trouble free.

Your maintain 15 technician will perform the following 15 steps to ensure that your laser printer performs at its peak...

1. Inspect/remove the fuser asssembly, gears & rollers
2. Clean picker fingers
3. Replace ozone filter with UL approved filter if required
4. Clean Laser scanner mirror
5. Inspect upper fan
6. Inspect lower fan
7. Inspect separation pad
8. Inspect and clean paper pick-up assembly
9. Inspect & clean primary transfer corona assembly/roller
10. Inspect delivery coupler
11. Remove and clean registration assembly
12. Inspect and clean output assembly and rollers
13. Vacuum all internal parts
14. Clean outer case
15. Test document output

Option 4: Carefree Printing

Yearly preventive maintenance and detailed management reports included FREE with your toner supplies. The reports will allow you to make informed decisions about your equipment. Preventive maintenance servicing (pm) can prolong the life of your equipment and reduce nuisance service calls by as much as one third. All equipment subject to inspection. Any deficiencies must be corrected prior to contract.

Option 5: Time and Material (T&M)

$95. per hour, one-hour minimum, half an hour increments after the first hour, plus parts. Color Printers - HP $125, ($175, Xerox/Tektronix) for the first hour and $95. each additional hour in one half hour increments. No travel time billed. Multiple machine discounts on same service call.
