Shipping

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Returns

Laser Save unconditionally warranties its products for the life of the product under normal use. If you have a problem with a cartridge, Laser Save will replace it at no additional cost. See Laser Save's warranty policy for more details.

Many original manufacturers only warranty their products for 90 days from date of purchase.
